The Law firm Martinović & Partners continues the successful law practice of the Law firm Milas, Martinović & Partners and has been built upon a legacy of the Law Office Mirko & Ivica Grgić founded in the 70′s in Ljubuški (Bosnia and Herzegovina). In the 80’s the Company was named Law Office Grgić and in the 90’s operated under the name of Association law office Grgić & CO. The lawyers that started their law careers in the before mentioned law office, founded a new law firm in Croatia and continued their work in Bosnia and Herzegovina within the Law firm Milas, Martinović & Partners.

The Firm gained a vast legal experience by successfully cooperating with leading insurance companies and financial institutions. The Firm specialises at a high professional level in Civil law with particular expertise in compensation of damages and in Commercial law.

The Firm operates throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina with its headquater in Mostar and 3 offices located in Sarajevo, Tuzla and Tomislavgrad. Currently it consists of 15 specialised lawyers with a wide range of expertise and 4 lawyers trainees.

The mission of the Firm is constant learning and daily analysis of legal rules and domestic and international judicial practice in order to serve the needs of clients and offer creative and practical solutions in achieving their goals, in particular in dealing with damages claims.
